IPCO brings advanced conveyor components and chocolate molding solutions to IBIE 2025
September 14-17 | Las Vegas | IPCO stand 1311 in West Hall
At IBIE 2025, IPCO will showcase cutting-edge technology designed to improve productivity, efficiency, and flexibility across the bakery, chocolate, and confectionery industries.
Visitors to the IPCO stand 1311 can expect live demonstrations of the new Compact Belt Tracking system (CBT 2G) – an innovative device that uses a contact-free optical sensor to monitor and correct belt alignment in real time. The result: faster tracking, reduced downtime, and longer belt life.
Also featured will be IPCO’s latest Rotoform HP chocolate chip molding system, capable of producing chips in a wide range of sizes (from 30,000 to 300 pcs/kg) simply by changing the shell. These chips are free-flowing for easy storage, handling, and dosing.
IPCO remains a global leader in solid and perforated steel bake oven belts, known for excellent heat transfer, low energy use, and high durability – delivering a strong return on investment. The company also supports customers with a full portfolio of conveyor components including shafts, sheaves, bearings, and breakpoints.
Additional highlights include the Triple Pass Cooling system for high-capacity production in a compact footprint, and the new Piston Depositor Module (PDM) for creating large, circular wafer products with high precision. The PDM can be installed alongside Rotoform and extrusion equipment for flexible chocolate molding lines.
With service teams in 25 countries, IPCO backs its technology with fast, expert local support.
