"IPCO’s role in Composites for a circular future: innovation in sustainable manufacturing"

Discover how IPCO’s technologies—like advanced scattering systems and ThermoPress—drive more sustainable, efficient composite production and support the transition to a circular economy.

Be there for fresh insights, smart solutions, and real-world impact.

Turnkey process solutions for tomorrow`s composite materials

This year’s JEC World 2026 serves as a showcase for our ability to deliver highly efficient turnkey solutions for the production of advanced composite materials.

IPCO systems are used across the automotive, aerospace, flooring, construction, non-woven, textile and recycling industries. Other key applications include energy storage and generation in the form of separators and membranes for batteries and fuel cells.

A key focus of the stand will be a demo model of one of our ThermoPress units, a solution that can be integrated alongside other IPCO technologies including scattering and web handling equipment.

ThermoPress double belt press systems

Our ThermoPress double belt press range can handle everything from low pressure consolidation to high pressure, high temperature applications such as thermoset/thermoplastic materials.

ScatterPro precision scattering

IPCO ScatterPro systems enable precision scattering of powders, granulates or fibers. A key application is the recycling high volume waste streams such as synthetic and natural fibers, production trim waste, and glass fiber waste.

Thin film casting lines

IPCO’s film casting system can be used in conjunction with the company’s Venturi drying technology to dramatically improve the casting process, enabling the production of films, tapes, and membranes to exceptionally narrow tolerances.

Web handling systems

Our acquisition of New Era Converting has brought coating, laminating, embossing, calendering and other technologies under the same roof as our press and film casting equipment, enabling us to deliver an even broader range of end-to-end solutions.

New Productivity Center

Our new Productivity Center in Fellbach, near Stuttgart, provides a showcase for our full range of production solutions for composite materials including presses, scattering systems and film casting technology.
