Engineered to deliver premium levels of productivity

Every ScatterPro system is the result of expertise gained through partnership with business like yours to deliver scattering solutions that outperform the competition.

Powder or other material is fed to the funnel-shaped hopper by means of vacuum sucking or an auger system. Inside the hopper, the powder is uniformly distributed and the level is kept constant during the scattering process.

Any risk of cavity formation and decomposition is avoided through the use of a special mixer (spiked roller). The powder or other material is picked up by the scattering roller and stripped at a flexible doctor blade. The doctor blade design ensures even dosing over the whole scattering width.

The scattering roller is driven by a servo drive, ensuring scattering of the required quantity (g/m2) onto the product.
