ScatterPro P
The ScatterPro P enables accurate and uniform scattering of powder and similar materials for a wide range applications including flooring, wallpaper, carbon black filters, and many more.
The ScatterPro P is a reliable and easy-to-use powder scattering system featuring a specially designed oscillating brush-off device that ensures uniform scattering across the full product width.
The system delivers a particularly high-quality end product due to precision control of the quantity of material (g/m2) applied to the substrate.

In addition to powders, the ScatterPro P system can scatter materials such as mica, chips, flakes, sand, carbon, glass beads, and glitter. This results in an extensive range of applications including:

How it works
The powder is fed to the funnel-shaped scatter coater hopper by means of vacuum suction or an auger system. Inside the hopper, the powder is uniformly distributed, and the level is kept constant during the scattering process.
The formation of cavities and decomposition of the material is avoided through the use of a special mixer (spiked roller). The scattering roller is mounted below the hopper and is designed according to the powder size.
The powder is picked up by the scattering roller and stripped at a flexible doctor blade. The doctor blade design ensures an even dosing of the material over the whole scattering width. The scattering roller is driven by a servo drive, ensuring scattering of the required quantity (g/m2) onto the product.
The combination of a specially designed scattering roller and a modified oscillating brush-off device ensures accurate and uniform distribution of the material out of the scattering roll onto the substrate.
