The modular design of the ThermoPress range of double belt press machines means different process stages – pressure, heating and cooling – can be incorporated into in a single continuous process and machine, with accurate control at each stage. This was proven when we were able to produce panels from a highly temperature sensitive expandable foam within a day of commencing testing – even where others had failed.
Our clients can work closely with the material science specialists at our Productivity Centers to test new composites and sustainable materials, like lightweight wood composite materials, lightweight fabric material and nanofiber composites. We work collaboratively to conduct feasibility studies of materials and blends, as well as the critical proof of concept testing.
