Artificial marble

By incorporating controlled polymerization, curing and cooling into a single system, IPCO makes artificial stone production lines more effective and environmentally-friendly.
With IPCO machinery, the sheet casting production line can be controlled to your precise requirements at every stage. You can create precise heat profiles via multi-staged zones of different temperatures, and adjust those for different products, reflecting the requirements of epoxy or polyester resin, cultured marble and engineered stone composites.
Product width can also be easily adapted – but once set, the output is wholly symmetrical, with precise thickness calibration. The surfaces are smooth or finished to the effect required, for pebble stone epoxy, polymer concrete, or cast stone solutions. This makes IPCO produced artificial stone suitable for uses such as solid surface flooring, synthetic marble sinks or engineered stone composite countertops.
