With the shift towards more sustainable energy, refineries are increasingly investing in Bottom of the Barrel (BOTB) technologies, so bitumen and refinery residue processors are handling streams with higher concentrations of asphaltenes, petroleum carbon, catalyst residues and metals. Our solidification solutions enable efficient and environmentally-friendly conversion of these complex residue streams into transportable solid forms for further downstream reprocessing.
Bitumen and SDA pitch require specialized processing due to its high temperature. Our Rotoform HT system enables efficient, cost-effective pastillation, producing uniform granules for easy handling, blending and storage.
For applications requiring bitumen in block form, our automated block forming system solidifies, sizes and shrink-wraps bitumen packs in just 15 minutes, ensuring rapid, efficient bitumen processing.
Our steel belt cooling technology ensures quick heat transfer, minimizing vapor emissions. The indirect cooling process eliminates cross-contamination between the product and cooling water, delivering environmentally friendly and low-maintenance operations.
