IPCO’s steel belt cooling systems provide high-performance solidification for hot melts, antioxidants, stabilizers, surfactants, and catalysts. Cooling capabilities are zoned to ensure precise temperature control, even for difficult-to-process materials.
Specially-designed feeding devices for different viscosities, single or double belt coolers, and breaker equipment match product type, flake size and system capacity.
Eliminate the need for additional grinding or crushing, with free-flowing granules directly from the melt. This simplifies handling, reduces material loss, and ensures efficient storage and transportation.
