Personal care
Pastillation turns the base ingredients for products such as toothpaste and shower gel into uniform solids that are easy to blend and dose. The Rotoform 4G solidification system makes pastillation fast, hygienic, and cost-effective. Our Rotoform systems can be configured for cleanroom applications and clean in place (CIP), offering reliable, GMP-compliant pastillation for base ingredients.
We process base ingredients into pastilles to prepare them for the manufacturing process.
The Rotoform 4G can process surfactants, resins, fatty acids, fatty alcohols, waxes, organic compounds, pigments, and more
Ingredients can be processed into micropastilles as small as 0.8mm diameter
The system can be adapted for different viscosities and pastille sizes simply by changing the rotary shell and nozzle bar
Rotoform systems can be scaled for processing from 10–20 kg/hour to 100–500kg/hour, depending on your production needs
Rotoform is inherently clean and hygienic, but for GMP compliance we can supply customized features to ensure you meet the required standard for personal care products. These include:
