Our CBT 2G system offers an excellent solution either when you need active tracking on an existing conveyor and a rebuild is not practical, or when you don’t require a tracking system integrated in the end station.

A contact-free optical sensor continuously monitors the position of the belt edge. Any deviation where the belt is moved off track immediately triggers a corrective action in the CBT 2G unit to restore smooth, straight running.
The tracking effect is achieved by tilting rollers that cause the belt to move laterally in the appropriate direction, sometimes called a tilt switch conveyor. The result is fast, precise tracking and an extended belt life.
