Our 120+ years’ experience in the manufacture of steel belts for industrial processing has resulted in the development of a comprehensive portfolio of steel belt grades, each designed to fulfil specific application needs.
IPCO has a long tradition of supplying steel belts for all types of industries and applications and has led the way in developing and adapting steel belt grades to fulfil specific process needs.

IPCO stainless steel belts are, as standard, delivered in cold rolled (mill finish) condition with a surface roughness of Ra < 0.40 mm,ground finish with a surface roughness in the range Ra = 0.10 to Ra = 1.5 mm and they have well-rounded edges.
IPCO carbon steel belts are, as standard, delivered in a hardened and tempered condition and have well-rounded edges. If required practically any surface finish can be supplied.
IPCO offers continuous steel belts with specific surface finishes and treatments for different products. Cold-rolled and a range of grades of ground finishes are provided as standard. Other surfaces and treatments are available, including polished, super mirror polished, and PTFE-coated.
A broad range of perforated patterns, with a minimum hole diameter of 0.8 mm (0.03 in.) and different spacings, can be provided to suit specific applications.
