How it works
Our custom packaging solutions are built to connect directly to the end of a processing line. Depending on the setup, the product is routed via a packaging conveyor belt through a metal detector, weighed, and filled into boxes or big bags. Layouts are designed based on available space and customer preferences, and systems can be adapted to different packaging types and product flows.
In a typical modular packing system, an upstream product conveyor leads into the packing section. After passing through the metal detection unit, the product is then routed to either the main packaging area or redirected to a reject bin or discharge section.
Weighing is carried out either via an inline checkweigher or, in the case of big bag solutions, using pallet scales.
Inline weighing (for box or bag in box packaging): 2.5 to 25 kg, up to 300 cycles/hour
Box conveyor belts are height-adjustable (box packaging) or funnel-based (crushed product)
Tailored big bag solutions: typically, 400–800 kg capacity
Inline metal detection: Mettler Toledo, integrated in all systems
