How it works
Our process systems are made up of a range of core components that can be adapted and combined as needed, from chocolate depositors to belt cooling systems.
The Rotoform rotary drop depositor combines a heated stator and a rotating perforated rotating shell to deposit drops of chocolate onto a continuously running belt. These are cooled and solidified into chips. Our latest model, the Rotoform HP (High Performance), brings new levels of productivity to chocolate chip forming.
Our game-changing piston depositor module (PDM) features a unique D-motion to deliver chocolate or compound directly onto a moving belt. Precise control means it is applied with no distortion to form perfectly circular, large – i.e. wide and/or thick – chocolate wafer products.
Our strip-forming extruder module combines with our high-speed servo cutter for fast, reliable production of accurately sized chocolate chunks.
The inherent qualities of stainless steel – flatness, durability, ease of cleaning, and outstanding thermal properties – make it the ideal conveying medium for high-productivity chocolate molding.
Plastic belts enable us to deliver reliable, single pass, triple pass, and triple layer cooling lines for lower-budget, low-to-medium capacity needs.
