Block molding line (BML)
The IPCO block molding line (BML) for chocolate is a high-capacity and low maintenance dosing system for flex-mould blocks. It offers a high degree of versatility in terms of product size and throughput rates, with a choice of three-, four- or five-layer cooling.
A large-volume servo piston depositor feeds pre-heated flex molds that are weight checked for accuracy before being transported into the cooling tunnel. This can be either ‘walk-through’ in design for maximum accessibility, or a narrow, space-saving design for installations where footprint is critical.
