IPCO’s unique range of extrusion systems is the result of decades of customer partnership and experience, particularly in the field of co-rotating twin-screw extruders.

Efficient homogenization of multi-component materials is a challenging process requiring in-depth technical understanding and precision engineering. Our experience in designing systems for the powder coating industry – involving the processing of temperature sensitive cross-linking resins – has led to the development of a comprehensive range of versatile, high productivity systems for extrusion processing.
In designing our extrusion machines, we have simplified and streamlined the key elements of a traditional extruder to improve user friendliness, energy consumption, and maintenance requirements, while at the same time optimizing throughput.

IPCO automated extrusion systems are designed with greater numbers of temperature and abrasion zones than most traditional systems, enabling more accurate temperature control of processed material. This also results in lower maintenance costs and fewer replaceable parts.
IPCO extruders are also available with optimized ring-fenced extrusion cooling systems, with the option of uncomplicated self-lubricating shaft cooling and more.
