ProForm is a complete release agent system that combines the performance and benefits of IPCO’s ProSpray and ProMix spraying and mixing systems.
The ProMix system automates the mixing process, optimizing the agent-to-water ratio for maximum efficiency without requiring a high-voltage power supply. This controlled dosing reduces release agent waste and operating costs.
The ProSpray system then applies the release agent evenly across the steel belt, preventing pastilles from sticking. This minimizes product damage at the scraper stage and significantly reduces dust generation, ensuring higher-quality output.
